Real Estate Investment Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Real Estate Investment Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance and investment analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of analysts and associates in investment analysis and transaction management.
- Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Structure and negotiate terms for subordinated credit and complex credit investments.
- Project manage and lead deals in the execution and analysis of investments.
- Ensure accuracy in preparation of transaction modelling.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience across relevant disciplines in real estate gained in banking, private equity, advisory or investment management.
- A tertiary qualification with a preference for related fields such as finance, commerce, construction, real estate, or legal.
