Rehabilitation Consultant Role
WorkFocus Australia is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity. As a valued team member, you will play a vital role in the provision of workplace rehabilitation services to help individuals regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home assessments
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop effective strategies to overcome them
- Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Design, implement, and monitor programs to assist injured employees in returning to the workforce
Requirements
- Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy
- Willingness to travel, with a current vehicle and driver's license
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
- A keen sense of punctuality and effective time management skills
