Apprenticeship Program Manager

The Training Coordinator role is pivotal in ensuring the success of the apprenticeship program at our organization.
This key position involves maintaining high standards of governance and compliance across all functions, supporting the goals and targets of the Health, Safety, Environment and Training function.
The role entails liaison between internal and external stakeholders, championing the values of our approach to Health, Safety and Environment across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the apprenticeship program, including rotations, training bookings, progress checks, and communication with trainees and operational leaders.
- Handle general apprentice and training enquiries and requests, managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Provide leadership support to ensure training requirements are met for compliance and professional development purposes.
- Maintain accurate training and compliance records in our Learning Management System, facilitating effective reporting.
- Identify and report opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in relevant software.
- Strong priority management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Superior communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information effectively.
- Previous experience in training and development, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Cert IV in training & Assessment or equivalent qualification desirable.
- Collaborative attitude, able to work effectively with others to achieve common goals, and thrive in a team environment.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport for business use.
