This role offers a chance to collaborate with a highly experienced team within our national Real Estate, Transactions, and Delivery practice. You'll elevate your career experience across Health and Aged Care sectors, including Hospitals, Aged Care, and Retirement industry sectors, as well as functions within our network.

This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist on major Healthcare valuations and transactions
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on various projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets
  • Conduct vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets in the healthcare sector
  • Provide market research and trend analysis, contributing to thought leadership papers
  • Collaborate on new and innovative Healthcare practices
  • Support valuation review and risk assessment for audit clients
  • Utilize real estate technology applications to deliver innovative solutions to clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience as a Qualified Valuer or Assistant Valuer
  • A general understanding of the Health and Aged Care sectors
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills
  • Professional accreditation as a CPV of the API or MRICS is preferred
