Job Title: Senior Healthcare Provider

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Healthcare Provider to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Senior Healthcare Provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and services that meet the needs of our residents.

Key responsibilities include assessing and monitoring residents' health conditions, managing medications and treatments, and providing clinical care for individual residents.

You will also liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care and support.

The successful candidate will possess current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, recent experience in caring for high-care and dementia residents, and knowledge of wound care, palliative care, and behaviour management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Recent experience in caring for high-care and dementia residents
  • Knowledge of wound care, palliative care, and behaviour management

Mandatory requirements include a valid Police Clearance or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance. All applicants are encouraged to be vaccinated against Covid-19 and Flu-Vaccine.
