We are actively recruiting highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professionals to occupy clinical positions across various disciplines including maternity services, surgical/medical departments, catheterisation laboratories, and perioperative settings.
- Practice independently while collaborating with colleagues, assuming accountability for their own actions and delegating care responsibilities to enrolled nurses and allied health staff as appropriate.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop tailored care plans, implement and evaluate nursing interventions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and individuals.
- Deliver high-quality patient care that meets organisational objectives, demonstrating sensitivity to patients' needs, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
Essential Requirements:
- Current AHPRA Nursing Registration or eligibility assessment for international candidates.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience is essential.
- Commitment to delivering quality patient care and outcomes.
- Ability to align with the organisation's Mission and Values.
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
