Job Overview

The Superintendent Governance and Technical Stewardship is a critical leadership position responsible for delivering governance and technical stewardship in a high-performance environment.

This role leads a team of technical professionals, providing team leadership and functional expertise to ensure safe work practices, manage asset integrity, and govern change processes.

To succeed, the candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, a detailed understanding of engineering principles, standards, and processes, and hold tertiary qualifications in Engineering.

Experience in leading multidiscipline technical teams and knowledge of Asset Management through maintenance and/or operation streams are highly desirable.
