Senior Contracts Administrator Job Description

Our client is a premium residential developer known for delivering bespoke, luxury homes across prestigious suburbs.

With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for design-led construction, they are seeking a highly capable Senior Contracts Administrator to support their project delivery team in the pre-construction to completion phase.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and negotiate head contracts and subcontracts with suppliers and consultants
    • Administer variations, progress claims and procurement schedules
    • Analyse cost reports and manage budgets and forecasts
    • Liaise with suppliers and trades to ensure timely delivery
    • Conduct tender evaluations and scope reviews
    • Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory obligations

About You

  • Minimum 7+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in high-end residential
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail, commercial acumen and communication skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore and Buildlogic
  • Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field
