High-End Residential Contract Management Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team in managing complex high-end residential projects.

The successful candidate will have experience working on niche projects, ideally in sectors such as construction or engineering. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing contracts throughout the project life cycle, including negotiation and review of subcontract tenders.
  • Monitoring subcontractors to ensure adherence to environmental commitments.
  • Preparing accurate payment schedules and managing contractual risk.
  • Processing progress claims, delay claims, and external variations according to contractual obligations.

A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a similar field is required, along with a minimum of 2 years' experience within the construction industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong financial analysis and administrative focus are also essential.
