Job Overview

This role involves leading and managing incident responses, security investigations, and audits to ensure the well-being of staff, students, and property.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead incident response teams to guarantee the safety and security of personnel and assets.
  • Conduct thorough risk analysis, develop policies, and create crisis management plans to maintain safe environments.
  • Provide oversight of contract management for key services, including security, cleaning, and waste, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with performance standards.
  • Deliver exceptional campus services to optimize business outcomes and minimize risks, ensuring seamless campus operations.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by prioritizing initiatives that align with enterprise goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to foster innovation, collaboration, and teamwork.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess qualifications or substantial experience in security, crisis, or emergency management. They will exhibit adept people and resource management skills, fostering a positive team culture and providing operational and tactical leadership. The candidate will also demonstrate high-level communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to maintain effective working relationships.
