Key Responsibilities

As the manager of Security and Estate Facilities, you will be responsible for maintaining safe environments through risk analysis, policy development, and crisis management planning.

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize campus services and ensure compliance with performance standards.
  2. Provide strong contract management oversight across key soft services, ensuring service quality, value for money, and alignment with compliance and performance standards.
  3. Maintain highly effective working relationships with staff, students, and stakeholders.
