Are you an experienced leader committed to ensuring safety and security in dynamic environments? Join our Estate team as the Manager, Security and Estate Facilities. This position is based at our Townsville Bebegu Yumba campus.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage incident responses, security investigations, and audits to guarantee the well-being of staff, students, and property.
- Maintain safe environments through risk analysis, policy development, and crisis management planning.
- Provide contract management oversight across key soft services, security, cleaning, security, and waste, ensuring service quality, value for money, and alignment with compliance and performance standards.
- Deliver top-notch campus services to optimize business outcomes and mitigate risks, ensuring campuses operate seamlessly.
- Contribute to strategic planning by prioritizing security and cleaning initiatives that align with enterprise goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to foster innovation and teamwork.
The ideal candidate will possess qualifications or substantial experience in security, crisis, or emergency management. They will exhibit adept people and resource management skills, fostering a positive team culture and providing operational and tactical leadership. They will demonstrate high-level communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to maintain highly effective working relationships.
