We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Migration and Integration Specialist.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-profile transformation project, bringing together services across four leading health networks into a single, world-class network.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver key outcomes - Manage your own workstreams to deliver high-quality migration and integration between systems using HL7 messaging and ETL approaches.
- Engage stakeholders - Lead consultations on technical design, validation, and workflow impacts.
- Solve problems - Analyse, troubleshoot, and develop solutions for migration and integration challenges.
- Work across streams - Collaborate with integration, testing, and training teams to ensure a smooth cutover and post-go-live support.
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in data migration/integration, HL7, ETL, SQL and data structures.
- Background in LIS/EMR/PAS systems (Epic, Rhapsody, and Evolution vLab experience highly regarded).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
