Responsibilities:

  • Focus on managing reporting for Network Property, including Leases and associated costs, including electricity.

  • Proactive analysis of operational KPIs and drivers to track business performance and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Assist with the preparation of business cases for initiatives that require capital and operational resources.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver high-quality and accurate insightful outputs.
  • Good stakeholder management at senior leadership level.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and influence decision-making.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge, including advanced financial modeling skills.
  • Working knowledge of financial systems such as Jedox and Oracle e-business.
