Lead OSHC Service Leader

We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to lead our Outside School Hours Care service in Mildura.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating engaging programs, mentoring staff, and building strong relationships with the local community.

About the Role
  • Manage your own OSHC service and provide quality care and support for children.
  • Create engaging programs using industry-leading tools and resources.
  • Be the face of the organization and build positive relationships within the school community.
  • Mentor staff to develop their skills and grow professionally.
About You
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in childcare or OSHC is preferred but not essential.
  • You hold a relevant qualification, such as ACECQA recognised studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services.
  • You have a valid Employee Working with Children's Check and are willing to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and a National Criminal History Check.
