Marketing and Events Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Events Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, creating engaging digital content, and managing successful events.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our brand presence across the Illawarra region. This includes representing multiple leading automotive brands, steering our marketing and digital content efforts, and managing sponsorships and community events.

The successful candidate will have strong digital marketing skills, excellent organisational and negotiation abilities, and a commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement creative marketing and advertising strategies
  2. Create, edit, and strategically place engaging digital content
  3. Manage sponsorships and dealership/community events
  4. Maximise the value of our marketing budgets
  5. Negotiate with media and advertising partners to secure the best results
Qualifications:
  1. Proven marketing and/or events management experience
  2. Strong digital marketing skills and creative flair
  3. Excellent organisational and negotiation abilities
  4. A commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results
