The Role:
As a Magical Store Experience Lead, you will play a critical role in delivering the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture, creating unforgettable customer moments, and driving business growth.
You will work collaboratively with your Area Manager to drive a people-first culture, maximize sales growth, and accelerate your personal career growth in a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive team performance by fostering a magical store environment
- Deliver on brand vision and strategy through seamless omni-channel experiences
- Earn customer loyalty by providing exceptional service
- Create a people-first culture and environment by empowering and developing talent
- Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results
- Recruit and onboard new team members
- Ensure visual merchandising excellence and a safe working environment
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a team player seeking excellence in Sales, Operations, and Loss Prevention
- Have experience and passion for delivering best-in-class customer experiences
- Be a coach who can motivate, inspire, and elevate a large team
- Have Retail Store Management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Be motivated and driven with a 'Make it Happen' attitude
- Think strategically to identify missed opportunities and drive sales and KPIs
- Effectively manage rosters and achieve wage control
