Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to fill a temporary maternity leave cover role. This position involves the administration and coordination of all HR, recruiting, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) activities.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and experience in administration and coordination across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, training initiatives, payroll, employee retention, and separations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to make a difference in a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and coordinate all HR, recruiting, and OHS activities
  • Provide advisory support to employees, helping to foster a positive work environment
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and people processes
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
  • Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (desirable)
  • AHRI or affiliate professional membership desirable
  • 5+ years experience in a generalist HR role
  • Deep knowledge of HR practices, Fair Work Legislation and employment obligations
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software
  • Customer service driven with professional presence and demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • People focused and enthusiastic about company culture and core values
