Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a high-profile water reclamation plant upgrade project. Your role will involve overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from procurement to successful contract award and beyond.

You will drive progress across multiple stages, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and within scope. This will require strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to guide internal and external teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic project leadership by coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and applying structured project management methodologies to achieve agreed objectives.
  • Overseeing project delivery performance by managing scope, schedule, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment by embedding best-practice health, safety and environmental systems across all project phases.
  • Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication, consultation and negotiation.
