Job Role:

The Career Accelerator is a pivotal position within the Consumer Division Capability team, responsible for delivering high-impact coaching and facilitation services that drive leadership excellence, foster team cohesion, and accelerate both professional and personal growth.

This role plays a critical part in supporting our leaders, employees, and teams to enhance performance and create a culture of continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver impactful leadership, personal, and professional programs that measurably improve capability and performance
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to leaders, focusing on enhancing leadership capabilities and personal effectiveness
  • Facilitate team-building sessions and workshops to improve team dynamics, communication, and collaboration
  • Utilize face-to-face and virtual delivery mediums to create a quality learning experience
  • Implement coaching frameworks and methodologies aligned with the bank's leadership capability framework
  • Support analysis and design activities through facilitation of workshops or conducting fieldwork activities in partnership with the Performance Consulting and Capability Solutions teams
  • Contribute expertise to needs analysis, solution design, and evaluation activities through a facilitation lens

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience facilitating virtual learning solutions using webinar technology
  • Experience facilitating and delivering leadership programs
  • Excellence in classroom delivery either in face-to-face or virtual
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills
  • Coaching experience
  • ICF (International Coach Federation) certification at PCC level or equivalent
  • Accreditation in psychometric tools (e.g., LSI, DiSC)
  • Experience in banking & financial services
