Job Title

Develop and lead leadership development initiatives to enhance team performance and business outcomes. Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance leadership capability across all levels, driving improved team performance and business outcomes.
  • Design and deliver leadership development strategy.
  • Liaise with external vocational partners for program delivery.
  • Deliver or co-facilitate small group training sessions on agreed topics.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Promote employee engagement and retention by investing in professional growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Learning, Business, or Psychology.
  • Extensive experience in leadership development, coaching, and facilitation, with a proven track record of enhancing individual and team performance.
  • Proven track record designing and delivering leadership programs that cultivate leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Previous coaching or mentoring experience an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
