We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Coffee Program Leader to lead our coffee operations at our Brighton café.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of baristas to deliver high-quality coffee consistently.
  • Oversee espresso, milk texturing, and filter brewing methods.
  • Develop and train baristas to maintain our coffee standards.
  • Manage workflow and quality control during busy service periods.
  • Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot coffee equipment.
  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and recipe development.
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a warm and welcoming café experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in specialty coffee.
  • Strong technical skills in espresso extraction, latte art, and grinder calibration.
  • Knowledge of coffee machine maintenance and ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • A team player who brings positivity, professionalism, and passion for coffee.
