Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assessing symptoms and medical history to develop individualized care plans.
  • Manipulating muscles and soft tissue to alleviate discomfort.
  • Teaching clients about therapy techniques and guiding them through goal setting activities.
  • Providing guidance on stretching, strengthening and improving posture to promote overall health.
  • Referring clients to other healthcare professionals when necessary.
  • Liaising with various healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Documenting client progress and reporting on their condition.

Requirements
  • Qualification in Remedial Massage and/or Myotherapy.
  • Registration with Medibank Private and other private health providers.
  • Willingsness to undergo a National Criminal History check upon application.
