The successful candidate will be responsible for providing learning support for the suite of tools used at KPMG to enable virtual collaboration and productivity. This includes Microsoft Teams, M365 Copilot, SharePoint Online, Forms, and Planner.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Training Sessions: Deliver regular group and 1:1 virtual training sessions on Microsoft 365 products to ensure seamless adoption and utilization.
- Develop Performance Support Materials: Create concise and informative quick reference guides, FAQs, and detailed process guides to support users in their daily tasks.
- Provide Product Support: Offer expert advice and support to internal customers on the best tools to meet their needs, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Manage Queries and Intranet Content: Effectively manage queries received via the Functional Mailbox or Viva Engage communities, and update intranet content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Learning Management System Administration: Manage and maintain the Learning Management System to ensure smooth operation and optimal user experience.
- Support Strategic Projects: Collaborate with the team to implement strategic projects, such as M365 Copilot, SharePoint Advanced Management, and Microsoft Purview, to drive business growth and innovation.
- Experience in Facilitating Training Sessions: Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions via video conference or virtual classroom.
- Strong Written Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a concise and direct style, focusing on technology and process documentation.
- Microsoft 365 Product Experience: In-depth knowledge and experience using Microsoft 365 products, including Teams, Planner, and SharePoint Online.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly assimilate information, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Training and L&D Certification: Training or L&D certification/qualification is desirable, but not essential.
