Pension Quality Assurance Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest standards for our team, members, and employers by conducting comprehensive assessments of our pension administration systems and processes.

  • Conduct quality inspections and tests to identify system or process gaps, root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with plan rules and regulations.
  • Develop regular audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and propose improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support quality assurance initiatives.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing detailed test matrices, identifying key scenarios, executing test cases, and analyzing results.
Key Responsibilities:

To excel in this position, you must possess:

  • A College Diploma or University Degree, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Multi-Employer Pension Plans (MEPP), public sector pension administration, or with an outsourcing service provider.
  • A deep understanding of pension administration processes, systems, pension plan texts, and applicable legislation.
  • Experience in auditing and conducting quality reviews to ensure compliance with plan rules and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and mathematical aptitude to address complex issues.
