This role supports the Victorian and New South Wales markets, as well as clients across Australia and New Zealand.
The Role
- Advise clients on the best access points for key insurers.
- Balance placements between markets to achieve sustainability and optimum pricing.
- Set and drive broking strategy in collaboration with client relationship directors, servicers, and advocates.
- Assist in driving strategy for tender responses and represent broking in client and insurer presentations.
- Assist client servicers in managing and meeting client expectations.
You Will Thrive Here If You
- Have strong market advocacy skills and excel at client/carrier relationship development.
- Possess considerable experience in Property and Casualty broking and servicing of complex clients, supported by relevant qualifications and commercial acumen.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Property and Casualty products and classes.
- Demonstrate leadership, ownership, and collaborative qualities.
- Have strong technical and analytical capabilities.
