Job Title: Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to coordinate support services and systems across multiple campus locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate reception, fleet management, and procurement processes.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn facilities management operations.
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Associate diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
