Healthcare Professional Sought for Injury Management Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team as an Injury Triage Consultant. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing clinical expertise to support employees with workplace injuries.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personalized health management support and advice to employees with workplace injuries, utilizing their clinical experience in a corporate setting. The work is conducted telephonically, allowing for remote or office-based work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting and caring for clients with empathy and expertise to enhance their personal health and wellbeing goals.
  • Coordinating supports and wellbeing services for a highly engaged and motivated client base.
  • Providing initial early intervention triage, supporting both physical and mental health services.
  • Undertaking relevant case coordination activities, including liaising with stakeholders, providing updates, and creating documentation such as treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Experienced Allied Health practitioner (Physio, Osteo, Chiro, OT, EP, etc.) with full registration or a Registered Nurse.
  • Caring and empathetic nature.
  • Experience in care coordination or occupational rehabilitation is desirable.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good IT and time management skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
