Our team is seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Financial Account Specialist. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills to make a real impact in our Finance department.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accurate records. As a Financial Account Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payments, reconciling accounts, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth billing and payment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments in a timely manner and ensure that payment promises are kept
  • Regularly reconcile accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and dispute resolution
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications related to accounts receivable
  • Work closely with the accounts receivable, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless billing and payment processes
