Job Overview

This role empowers a sales team with data-driven insights through seasonal and financial forecasting, demand planning, and sell-through performance analysis.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales & Forecasting Analytics
    • Present sales forecasts aligned with business KPIs.
    • Track weekly sell-through and weeks-of-cover to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Partner with Sales and Customer Service to review and manage the order book.
    • Support funding requests, cancellations, and other in-season adjustments.
    • Deliver clear, actionable recommendations to address risks and maximise in-season performance.
    • Prepare reports on business performance by category and account.
    • Build QBR and T2T reporting.
  • Forecasting & Planning
    • Execute seasonal and financial forecasting processes.
    • Contribute to Go-to-Market planning through forecast inputs and customer financial reporting.
    • Support long-term strategic forecasting.
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Provide ad-hoc reporting tailored to sales and customer needs.
    • Translate retail and sales data into clear, actionable insights.

Essential Skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise under pressure.

Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in data analytics, sales planning, retail operations, or financial forecasting.
