Job Opportunity: Operations and Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Operations and Quality Assurance Officer to join our team in Victoria. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality across all aspects of our business.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and production processes to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure our products and services consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine operational procedures and policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff to uphold quality standards and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Analyse data and generate detailed reports to inform management decision-making.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar operations or quality assurance role, ideally within the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in data analysis and report writing to drive informed decision-making.
  • Adaptable and resourceful with a keen eye for detail.
