Operations and Quality Assurance Manager

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the operational efficiency of the Food Services Programme, ensuring seamless food services preparation and delivery to eligible residents.
- Coordinate quality management initiatives;
- Maintain audit compliance and food safety programmes;
- Ensure staff training meets essential quality and mandatory compliance requirements;
- Monitor operational trends for continuous growth and improvement.

Key qualifications include tertiary education in a relevant field and minimum 3 years' experience in management within a related industry. A Food Safety Supervisor certification is also required, with knowledge of current Food Safety and OH&S Legislation. The ideal candidate must demonstrate ability to maintain systems according to legislative requirements.
