Customer Service Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Manager to lead our team in Melbourne. This is a full-time permanent position that requires a strong conductor to orchestrate day-to-day operational matters between our company and airlines.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Represent the company at internal and external functions, ensuring a strong company image.
- Work closely with the National Logistics Manager on Third Party Logistics performance.
- Participate in and ensure regular audit and quality controls.
- Provide expert advice on customer service, logistics, and customs information.
- Improve customer service quality results by evaluating processes and implementing changes.
- Establish communication service standards and implement company productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Proactively address performance issues, identifying non-performance areas and providing support.
- Contribute to effective cost management through education and training.
- Proven knowledge and experience in a similar role.
- Food Safety and HACCP qualifications desirable.
- Available to work a rotating shift roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of the airline catering industry.
- Competent in documentation and records management.
- Ability to obtain an ASIC pass and airside driver's license.
- Clear National Police Check required.
