About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering major renewable energy and infrastructure projects both in Australia and internationally. As part of this team, you will play a key role in the delivery of these projects.

Your Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating development and construction agreements">
  • Advising on projects across a wide range of renewable energy technologies: wind (onshore and offshore), solar, pumped hydro, run-of-river, geothermal, battery storage and hybrid projects.">
  • Supporting clients through all stages of project delivery, from procurement and risk allocation to construction and ongoing operations.">
  • Working with Australian and international clients who are at the forefront of the energy transition.">

About You:

We are looking for a solicitor with 2+ years of demonstrable experience in energy, infrastructure or construction projects, with a focus on contract review, interpretation and negotiation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical legal skills combined with a commercial, solutions-focused mindset. A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is also required.
