Human Resources Case Manager

Job Description:

The Human Resources (HR) Case Management team is responsible for providing guidance and advice on all areas of personnel case management. The team works closely with senior leadership to deliver people outcomes by providing strategic people advice and supporting the provision of people services.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and triage effectively while ensuring key targets are met both individually and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex cases including probation, performance, medical, conduct, and change management.
  • Lead and implement strategic HR initiatives and projects.
  • Exemplify the organization's values with sound judgment, discretion, and integrity.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
