Job Overview

Dabble is a leading provider of immersive socialised betting experiences, delivering extraordinary entertainment to punters through genuine interaction and engagement.

As a key member of the Customer Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a high level of accuracy, transparency, timeliness, and compliance in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via various channels, adhering to Dabble's high standards for customer communication.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of CS policy/documentation for training purposes.
  • Support Compliance Officer roles as required, including associated responsibilities.
  • Build effective relationships within the team and broader business.
  • Prioritise customer needs above all else.
  • Collaborate with the wider company on ad-hoc Trading/Risk/Other roles as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the gaming and wagering industry.
  • Background in Customer Service-focused roles in call centre environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Intercom or similar software (admin level).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
  • Can-do attitude and ability to see the bigger picture.
