What You'll Do

  • Refine betting odds using in-house data models and your own research.

  • Monitor ice hockey markets in real time, adjusting odds based on live game developments, player news, and customer behaviour.

  • Rotate into other sports like MLB during the NHL offseason.

  • Collaborate across international teams to ensure pricing integrity and customer satisfaction.

  • Help shape shaping how betting works for fans—from the customer experience to new bet ideas

You don't need to have watched hockey since you were five. We care more about your curiosity, mindset, and problem-solving skills than your resume.

We're especially excited to hear from people who:

  • Are numerically sharp (think: quick mental maths, probability or Sports Modelling skills).

  • Have high attention to detail - especially under pressure.

  • Communicate clearly, thoughtfully, and enjoy collaborating in a team.

  • Are open to working weekends as part of a flexible 5-day schedule.

  • May have a background in sports, maths, game theory, e-sports or STEM.

We're Ready to Train You

Never set a betting line before? No problem. You'll receive comprehensive training to get you up to speed on:

  • How to use our internal betting tools

  • Interpreting game data & odds models

  • Ice hockey-specific trading principles

Requirements (Don't sweat the small stuff)
