About Regional Support

Regional support is crucial in responding to emergency events and helping communities recover.

As a key player, you will be part of a regional operational capability that comprises of fire and rescue service staff and volunteers across the state.

You will work with other departments and local governments to improve resilience and enhance operational capacity during times of emergency.

Each region is led by an Assistant Commissioner who focuses on coordination and connecting with stakeholders to meet community needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-level administrative support for correspondence, reports, and materials.
  2. Manage office duties including mail distribution, filing, diary control, travel arrangements, and functions.
  3. Coordinate tasks for processing work unit records, human resource administration activities, and finance operations.
  4. Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Valid C Class driver's license (non-restricted)
