Job Title: Direct Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end direct marketing campaigns across various channels. This role involves working closely with internal and external teams to implement diverse marketing strategies that drive engagement and interaction with our members.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating end-to-end direct marketing campaigns across email, mail, and SMS channels, as agreed with internal and external teams.
  • Designing and developing RAA's e-newsletters.
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to inform data-driven campaigns with member insights.
  • Creating and writing copy for effective direct mail and email campaigns.
  • Tracking, measuring, analyzing, and reporting on all campaigns and channels.
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a tertiary qualification in Marketing Communications or a related Business field. You will also require experience and passion for direct marketing and personalized campaigns, strong data analysis skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
