An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Marketing professional to join our Direct Marketing team until 30 June 2026.
Reporting directly to the Direct to Marketing Manager, you will work across RAA's entire suite of products. This role involves implementing a diverse range of direct marketing campaigns and communications to drive engagement and interaction with our members.
Responsibilities for this role will include:
- Coordinating end-to-end direct marketing campaigns across email, mail, and SMS channels, as agreed with internal and external teams.
- Designing and developing RAA's e-newsletters.
- Analyzing and interpreting data to inform data-driven campaigns with member insights.
- Creating and writing copy for effective direct mail and email campaigns.
- Tracking, measuring, analyzing, and reporting on all campaigns and channels.
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About you
You will be a confident, passionate, and self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high-performing culture. We are also looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing Communications or a related Business field.
- Experience and passion for direct marketing and personalized campaigns.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience in providing insightful reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting ability.
- High attention to detail.
- A collaborative attitude and excellent negotiation skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
