In this role, you'll:

  • Play a critical part in managing high-profile road safety campaigns. You'll manage the development and execution of end-to-end marketing and communication campaigns to reduce fatalities and serious injuries on our NSW roads.
    • Lead the development and management of end-to-end road safety campaigns and communications, clearly articulating project scope and objectives, meeting deadlines and budgets, undertaking effective stakeholder management and following brand guidelines, approval channels and procedures.
      • Ensure effective campaign management of public education and marketing by developing comprehensive marketing plans and submissions that target appropriate customer segments, use customer insight to inform the content and align with the brand strategy.
        • Lead a team of 3 managers and their direct reports to deliver objectives and facilitate ongoing professional development, team wellbeing and engagement during a time of change.

This permanent position is available in a hybrid working model which are aligned with our Flexible Working Arrangements procedures which offers hybrid arrangements subject to approvals including having a mix of in-person days in our Elizabeth Street and Macquarie Park offices as well as remote working.

About you

You're a self-confident and determined leader seeking a new opportunity to make a meaningful contribution and do impactful work. You excel in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-stakeholder work environment.

You also have:

  • Extensive experience in leading a team in the development and execution of modern, multi-channelled and segmented marketing strategies and broadcast media campaigns, for a large, complex, customer focussed organisation and the demonstrated ability to measure the effectiveness of those campaigns
    • Demonstrated experience in identifying and delivering creative and effective solutions to complex marketing challenges.
      • Experience in working with advertising, creative and media agencies to develop integrated communications campaigns.
        • Understanding of Government Advertising Act and related compliance.
          • Experience with big advertising campaigns ($1million+) or multiple campaigns of $250K.
