We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
About the RoleThe Customer Service Representative will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests on a daily basis. This individual will be responsible for:
- Selling admission passes and assisting guests with ticketing-related inquiries;
- Handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently;
- Providing excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills;
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all gaming commission regulations and company policies;
- Assisting with lost tickets and passes, and resolving guest complaints in a professional manner.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- One to two years of previous cashiering and/or ticketing experience, preferably in a gaming environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
