Job Overview

The Senior Property Manager role plays a pivotal part in driving the growth and expansion of our commercial property portfolio.

This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the management of a diverse range of commercial properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards and leased to maximise returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail, and industrial spaces.
  • Oversee all aspects of property management, encompassing leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement effective property management strategies to optimise occupancy and rental returns.
  • Liaise with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and key performance indicators.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure properties comply with all relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice to stakeholders on all property-related matters.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior property management capacity, preferably within the commercial sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and implement effective property strategies.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in using property management software and tools.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant property legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in property management, real estate, or a related field.
