We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial and financial aspects of our business in the SA/NT region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial data, including P&Ls, budgets, cost modeling, analysis, and reconciliations.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team of administrators and collaborate with multiple teams and functions to meet reporting deadlines and provide advice and assistance when necessary.
  • Business Performance Monitoring: Monitor business performance and advise on cost reduction and profit optimization opportunities.
  • Credit Management: Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards for credit management.
  • Statutory Returns: Prepare and submit all statutory returns promptly.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in finance and administration or similar role with people management responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
