The Exciting Opportunity:

The Finance & Administration Manager is a key role within our organization. You will manage the commercial and financial aspects of the SA/NT business, focusing on driving profitability of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the State Manager SA/NT the key functions of this role include:
• Overseeing the financial aspects of the Business including preparation of timely and accurate financial data including P&L's, budgets, cost modelling, analysis and reconciliations
• Proven ability to lead a team of administrators.
• Collaborating and working closely with multiple teams and functions to meet reporting deadlines and provide advice and assistance assist when necessary.
• Monitoring business performance and advising the State Manager of any cost/financial situations that may require attention, such as cost reduction and profit optimization opportunities, etc.
• Ensuring the Branches administrative function is responsive to both internal and external customer needs.
• Ensuring credit management function complied with company procedures and standards.
• Ensuring all statutory returns are prepared and submitted promptly.

About you:

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in Finance and Administration or similar role with people management responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
