About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workplace Host to join our team at ISS Facility Management Pty Ltd. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional workplace experiences for our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a Friendly and Engaging Welcome Experience: Meet and greet clients and employees, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our workplaces.
  • Represent ISS as a Professional Partner: Act as the face of our client brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients' expectations are met.
  • Understand and Maintain Safety Cultures: Familiarize yourself with our safety protocols and procedures, and ensure that our workplaces are safe and secure for all employees and visitors.
  • Proactive and Predictive Service Delivery: Anticipate and respond to the needs of our clients and employees, ensuring that our workplaces are always clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Ensure Meeting Rooms are Reset and Stocked: Ensure that meeting rooms are always prepared and stocked with the necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain the Assigned Commercial Site/Floors: Ensure that our workplaces are always presented in a professional and corporate manner, and that all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Follow End-to-End Journey in Relation to Cleaning and Reactive Maintenance Work Orders: Ensure that all cleaning and maintenance work orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support and Promote Client Events and Activations: Assist in the planning and execution of client events and activations, ensuring that they are successful and well-received.
  • Support and Nurture the Online Community: Assist in the development and maintenance of our online community, ensuring that it is engaging and inclusive for all employees and clients.
  • Ensure All Relevant Mailboxes are Monitored and Managed: Ensure that all mailboxes are monitored and managed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Site Tour Facilitation and Attention to Details: Provide guided tours of our workplaces, highlighting our facilities and services, and ensuring that all details are attended to.
  • Consider Sustainability and Cost Savings in All Decision-Making: Ensure that all decisions are made with sustainability and cost savings in mind, and that our workplaces are always presented in a responsible and environmentally-friendly manner.

Minimum Criteria
  • Strong Experience in Housekeeping/Hotel Receptionist or Outstanding Track Record of Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: You must have a strong background in housekeeping, hotel reception, or a similar field, or a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Demonstrated Ability Managing Stakeholder Relationships: You must have demonstrated ability managing stakeholder relationships, including clients, employees, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent Multi-Tasking Skills: You must have excellent multi-tasking skills, and be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
  • Excellent Personal Presentation, with Well-Developed Verbal & Written Communication Skills: You must have excellent personal presentation, and be able to communicate effectively with clients, employees, and other stakeholders.
  • Professional C-Suite Engagement Skills: You must have professional C-suite engagement skills, and be able to engage with senior executives and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: You must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and be able to use software applications to support your work.
  • Sound Time Management Skills, Self-Motivated, Organized, and Able to Work Unsupervised: You must have sound time management skills, and be self-motivated, organized, and able to work unsupervised.
  • Solution-Focused Team Player: You must be a solution-focused team player, and be able to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
  • Able to Provide a Clear Police Check Dated in the Last 3 Months and Other Compliance Requirements: You must be able to provide a clear police check dated in the last 3 months, and meet other compliance requirements.
