As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Building a high-performing team driven to achieve KPIs and sales targets
  • Leading and engaging the team daily
  • Coaching and inspiring through training
  • Creating a customer-centric environment
  • Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and inspiring best practice

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structure
  • Proven problem-solving ability and excellent relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Retail management experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments is desirable
