Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service in the showroom while supporting warehouse operations, driving sales and providing outstanding service to customers.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for bringing our sales program to life every day, crushing sales targets and uncovering new business opportunities, creating wow-worthy customer moments that lead to loyalty, building strong relationships across retail and trade customers, and keeping the store looking sharp, stocked, and ready to impress.

In order to succeed in this role you will need to have experience in retail sales or a similar customer-focused role, a knack for meeting (and beating) sales goals, an eye for detail when it comes to merchandising and presentation, a calm, thoughtful approach to solving problems on the go, the ability to connect easily with people and build genuine rapport, a forklift license or willingness to get one, great communication skills - clear, friendly, and easy to understand, and comfortable using technology and staying on top of admin with ease.
