Your goal: to ensure every customer leaves delighted and inspired by their experience with us.Reporting to the Store Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will primarily involve driving sales and providing exceptional service.
You'll also assist with warehouse duties, including stock management, loading and unloading deliveries, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.This is a dynamic role that requires you to multitask across the showroom and warehouse, contributing as a key member of our passionate and high-performing sales team.Within this role, you'll be responsible for:Bringing our GREATER sales program to life, every single dayCrushing sales targets and uncovering new business opportunitiesCreating wow-worthy customer moments that lead to loyaltyBuilding strong relationships across retail and trade customersKeeping the store looking sharp, stocked, and ready to impressBecoming a product guru through hands-on training and demosWHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM We're looking for someone who brings genuine positivity and energy to the team, stays motivated to succeed, and is always curious to learn and grow.
