We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Support Professional to join our team in Port Macquarie NSW. In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality support services to our aged care customers, enabling them to live independently and remain within their own homes.

As an Aged Care Support Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance with daily living tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and assisted dressing
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and outings to promote social interaction and wellbeing
  • Ensuring safe manual handling practices and driver awareness to maintain client safety
  • Transporting clients to appointments, shopping, and social outings

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
  • Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19
  • Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 6pm from Monday to Friday
  • Minimum 12 months experience and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support (ideal but not essential)

The estimated salary for this position is $31.74 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation, with travel allowance of $0.92 per KM plus paid travel time. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and encourage applications from all members of the community.
